Reading the very fluffy PR makes me laugh.

announces it has reached agreement on all material terms related to its acquisition of ELEMENT GLOBAL MINING GROUP, INC.

So an agreement has been reached, swell, but I didn't see anything about anything being signed.

Sounds like a LOI but not as strong...

....which, of course, an LOI in stinky pinky land means NOTHING..... so, to me, this "announcement" means LESS THAN NOTHING...

BUT Nice that they finally got the right name! HA

The Company is moving into a transition period for the next several weeks in order to bring current its required SEC Filings and to position the Company for further expansion.

So, it was too hard to STAY current ?

Obviously the answer is YES!

ELGL is a joke, at best...'

.... but I would guess many investors who have lost money aren't laughing.

Anyone naive or ignorant enough to believe any of it deserves to lose their entire investment IMO.
