Yeah, from what I can tell, his biggest concern is the share structure. It was necessary for the Kramers a while back, don't know how it stands now that a settlement is in place. Next time I speak to him, I may sign a NDA to settle my curiosity as to the settlement terms. Of course then I would be gagged from that point, but shouldn't be a big deal. The companies actions should take care of itself. Just like the current situation has the pps where it's at, Company actions should be what brings back value.
Either this stock will flourish over time, or it will be put in the junk vault along with my other no bid/ revoked/ reverse split garbage. Either way just keeping an eye on it, but have moved on to other ventures. GLTY!
