Are you in agreement that if JNSH agrees and CCGI's CEO does not recommend approval to the BOD then a final decision will be made by the court?

I certainly do appreciate your reply and explanation/clarification. All in all, inquiring and learning about these things (lawsuits, settlements, judgements) as it pertains to stocks or shares one might own in a particular company and/or business is a Wise thing to do imo.

Again, thank you and thanks to the rest of this board who have contributed and helped many of us along who don't know much of the legal 'mumbo jumbo' (terms and basic operation of the court system(s)) that we sometimes see on message boards such as IHub, etc.

And this case is one of those cases where it's cut and dry.
A few questions if possible.
Does the Defendent have to accept what the magistrate advises and if they don't accept does the judge force them into it.

If the parties don't agree does a ruling come that day from the judge or does the judge reschedule so it can review the case
