And this case is one of those cases where it's cut and dry.
A few questions if possible.
Does the Defendent have to accept what the magistrate advises and if they don't accept does the judge force them into it.

If the parties don't agree does a ruling come that day from the judge or does the judge reschedule so it can review the case
