I'm a bit confused. Since when does a judge give legal advice (ie. recommendations)? What exactly does that mean? Every lawsuit I've ever seen or heard of, the attorneys are the ones who file suit and within that suit is what the Plaintiff is asking for, never the judge recommending what the suit should be.
I may be misunderstanding this, so any clarification would be great. Thank you and Gooooooo $$JNSH!!!!!!!
Assuming that JNSH is in agreement, CCGI's CEO must recommend his approval to his BOD by the 14th. If not "Katie bar the door"! The court then decides the settlement whether CCGI likes or not. It looks like JNSH wins regardless. The next few days will reflect a PPS that considers a very favorable settlement.
