Imo, McGann and Liscouski wanted BK to exit running this company, get a huge payoff, go work for L3 and screw investors intentionally and royally. They had NO skin in the game. This is so stupid obvious.

Gonna seal both their fate in court.

Well, the bankruptcy is what's stopping any payments on the existing debt right now. But if you could exit bankruptcy and keep operating that way that would be a good thing. If the existing debt does go away through these investigations, then I agree, exit bankruptcy and cancel the sale to L3 and keep the company operating and increase its value.
