My brother owns a company that did work for a company that filed BK. In their BK that company was asking my brothers company to return the money in which services were rendered. My brothers company did the work, got paid and the attorneys are asking for it back. My brother in law is a corporate lawyer said it is legal to get it returned, usually in a settled amount.
So, along with not paying PP, ask for all the money we gave them back!
I was astounded to learn my brothers company has to give money back for services rendered even if it damages him through not fault of theirs!
