LOL! No cash on hand, no sales, no product announcement (yet), no one has been witness to their new technology, no one knows what it does/doesn't do, or if it even exists. Add on an assumptive $600k in legal fees and a current "fools gold" pps of under $.05, coupled with a limit of approximately 200 million more shares that they can legally issue...at what price, $.03, $.02?
If Dimension is partially successful in gaining costs/losses/punitives then TMM will be closer to running out of shares.....if they can still attract PPs with their "it's just within reach" mantra.
