Come on now. I think you know I believe Tmm is going to have to do more than survive this injury to survive generally. This declaration won't kill them though. Whether some future debt or finding of liability will, who's to know. As I l've said I also think Tmm has used this litigation as an excuse.
The really bad thing for TMM, current issues set aside, is that if TMM is successful in gaining favor with clients and receives contracts, that other Dimension action is still out there. For only Cavanaugh knows the reason why he dismissed his suit without getting the assurance from Dimension that they would do the same. LOAD WEAPON, SHOOT OTHER FOOT!
