Ralph Steinman was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for Medicine on Oct.3rd 2011, He passed away three days earlier on Sept. 30th 2011 from pancreatic cancer. So SAD he was waiting for the announcement but never got to know he had won, after decades of devotion and research. We honor you Ralph Steinman!
