I am just saying that the Woodford statement of "nothing untoward" does not 100% unequivocally mean that Woodford obtained insider information.

If I meet with Les on the phone and after talking to him for a few minutes decided that I cannot claim anything "unfavorable", "improper" or "untoward" based on a conversation with him .... that in no way means I received insider information.
It would be different if I met at company HQ and was provided access to any & all documents for several days, and then said I found nothing untoward. Quite different scenario.

So ... the "nothing untoward" IMHO just provides a possible "hint" ... but I do not think insider info can be concluded from those 2 words.
