We can debate all we want if Fargo was sabotage. I will stick to my opinion that it was simply poor execution.

Makes no sense to me.

Jeanette Bleecker is under oath in deposition and ADMITS to swapping the trial arm 1mg Bavi with the placebo arm... off and on so it was intentional. CEO Gerald Finken piked up the pieces and was aware of it all... and if not, he should have been fired immediately.

So poor execution by whom? Sounds like VERY poor execution on a failed sabotage attempt by CSM in Fargo ND....

Now lets move to Phase III as the FDA still approved the phase III design, based on 60% MOS improvement with the 3mg Bavi arm still outperforming the combined (Placebo arm+ sabotaged swapped 1mg Bavi arm ) .... THAT ORIGINALLY PROVED TO SHOW 109%+ MOS and those numbers were WITH SABOTAGE, so if all are following along, that means the results were better.

The court record sealed up tight in California courts, the rest closed to the public, and can anyone else guess what might be in there IF JB already admitted to swapping 2 of the 3 arms and Peregrine admits to flying out to save the Abbvie deal ??? How can anyone just shut their eyes and now say 'poor execution' LOL

I guess they don't think the public can handle to hear how corrupt the system can be... or should say, how easily hacked the system has become.

So move onto Phase III now and we have another control arm outperforming all HISTORIC DOCETAXEL arms ?? and how many shady control arms would that make it now?

I don't believe in simply poor execution that many times and on statistically significant "superior" results that says Docetaxel in Bavi trials is better than ALL OTHER DOCETAXEL in the world.

These are the reasons why I give the BOD a pass.. for now, unless they put together a PR that shows a little backbone

Bad pleading by attorneys in original complaint, as I recall. Hence, constructive fraud, rather than actual fraud which requires evidence of intent, and a different level for damages resulted.
