We can debate all we want if Fargo was sabotage. I will stick to my opinion that it was simply poor execution. In the suit PPHM was unable to even assert intent. But that does not preclude sabotage was impossible. So this is an unknown.

But Tampa' assertion is that this is now just an excuse for failure is valid.

The P2 was never going to garner on approval o any flavor of the published data. It was a small P2 that failed the primary endpoint,game I over.

They launched Sunrise anyway, and it was doomed. Maybe they could have saved a few bucks by enrolling less, but it would have taken longer so kind of a wash.

As far as Tampa's assertion that there is no evidence that PPHM rejected an ABBV offer, that is true. All we know is that ABBV was kicking the tires.While they were doing so, the data fell apart. One can think a deal was on the table,but certainly that was never stated.
