If the drug is working as we think, the Dr. must be out of his mind to sell this for 1.5 billion. We are talking of a drug with peak sale north of $5 billions annually. Apply a multiple expansion with all the other stuff, easily worth north of $20 billions. Geez, take my words for it, the Dr. would rather sign partnership on one indication (AZ let us say)with milestone payment,get money needed to finance pipeline with all the other indications. Easily build a 50 billions dollars company. Selling that potential for 1.5 billions is the last thing the Dr would do..
