Never been to Newfoundland, butt it seems that meth is pretty popular there, eh?
The accent sounds a bit like speed up Irish with a touch of Scottish (and/or perhaps Scotch as well:) mixed in.
Butt I find it inherently impossible (for me) to find any fault with people who fish, even if just commercially. Just can't do it. If Charles Manson or Ted Bundy fished, I don't think I could vote for their murder conviction(s). Butt alas, if they were fishermen, they'd never have been serial murderers in the first place.
