I'm having a really hard time following the logic in your post. What do you think Li bought the shares for $64 million and here's going to turn around and make a private deal with Apple? Where has the logic gone on this board?
Shares cant be traded from one entity to another without causing movement in the share price.
LQMT can however offer shares to purchase after an increase in the authorized share structure via a private sale.
Li cant just sell Apple 400 million shares privately that he already owns for 10 billion and that not affect our share price. That sale would have to occur on the open market.
