I did not say the range is always .03-.05 since we've been higher and we've been lower. Stable simply refers to the fact that the range is, more often than not, .03-.05 pps

Well the 200 Weekly Moving Average for the PPS is .0376 soooo...I think the data proves the price has resided between .03 and .05 for the majority of time it has been in existence.

Yes the pps is currently below 3 cents.....hence the opportunity.

Stocks go up and down.....shocking.
