Well the 200 Weekly Moving Average for the PPS is .0376 soooo...I think the data proves the price has resided between .03 and .05 for the majority of time it has been in existence.

Yes the pps is currently below 3 cents.....hence the opportunity.

Stocks go up and down.....shocking.
