It most probably is yup. Those that have been targeting NWBO anyway. The regulation of these criminal scum is just non-existent. It is an absolute joke. Saying that it has allowed me to load a massive truckload at a .53 average this last week. I'll buy the filth a drink to say thanks and then give em a slap. :-)
