Forget the source, Nasdaq is already and has already cleared up some of the clouds hovering over the company. Just because a source throws whatever at a company hoping something sticks doesn't make it credible. In the past mgmt used to fire back against AF&Co and look how effective that was.
Most of it was repeats of AF&CO which were already addressed.Why are you acting like nothing has ever been addressed.
If numerous source(s) keep repeating allegations repeatedly doesn't make it true.

So you are comparing Phase Five research report to the Nazi Germany...and your point is we should believe the report even without proof and despite the disclaimers that explicitly states:

1. The Phase5 report should not be considered as fact.

2. Phase5 employees will make a profit via shorting.

3. Any nefarious results from the report are not actionable in the U.S. courts.
