Except for a PR, there is no evidence that the investigation ever actually started. I think it is high time for NWBO to either be cleared or to admit to wrongdoing.
The allegations by Phase V should not take a year to either refute or substantiate - especially if NWBO is truly cooperating with its own investigation.

Your link does not even mention the investigation, nor the oversite committee that was set up to supervise the defense attornies hired to do the "investigation".
Yes, it uses the word "investigation" several times, but only wrt Black's background. Obviously this was used to make it easier for some to spin the false fact that he is somehow involbed in the investigation.
Here is the PR stating that Farmer and Janowski are those supervising the investigation.
The investigation is nothing more than planning a defense. And obviously it could not come up with a solid enough case to present in the trial for an attempt to resolve the issues.
