The documents filed were on Dimension's answers and counterclaims, for the most part.

I find that strange as these were present in the appearance I made on the 4/14 court date. It went another 2-1/2 years before the judge ruled on them. Talk about a speedy process.

I would hope TMM would put out something. They need to reassure their investors and potential clients (if any).

Looking back, the lawsuit was a mistake, and caused valuable resources to be squandered, and also held up the companies evolution for years. This wasted time cannot be gotten back unfortunately.
The other concern is potential damages that makes TMMI vulnerable in the immediate future.
I try and tell it like it is, and those are my honest observations. Such a shame as to what could have been.
I want to thank all TMMI supporters who have been some of the most loyal shareholders I have ever seen in all my years of trading stocks.

Let's hope for the best, and I wish everyone the best. I myself must move on.
