It looks like this case was decided mostly on the documents filed. In fact portions of the judgment look like posts Fracked authored early on setting out the history. I'm not suggesting Fracked wrote the judgment. But perhaps the judge relied heavily on the written submissions. Dimension's version of the history of the chain of title was fully accepted.

Now what? Any thoughts? It's not obvious what happens next at least to me. Yes -- costs. But what will Dimension do to enforce its exclusive license to the VDK 2 code?

A news release from Tmmi probably should be coming out soon. Hard to see how this isn't a material development, news of which has yet to be widely disseminated. Also, they probably want to take a look at the frigging website one day soon. I know it has a disclaimer warning that the assertions set out on it may not be true. Still.
