If you link back on each FINRA deleted symbol each stock had been suspended by the SEC under "questions about adequacy and accuracy of information" as an unregistered stock that was subsequently placed on the Grey Market. Since all of these unregistered stocks have no registrations to revoke FINRA eventually deletes the symbol due to trading inactivity, ie., as a zombie stock.
