I agree with you that nothing is guaranteed here. No one knows for certain how this is going to play out.

Unfortunately, I don't think it is even as simple as you are trying to point out

There is not enough income or liquid assets to even cover entities in first position here

Since SUNEQ was playing a shell game with their assets (or profits) in all the subs. If you read the article that was posted here Friday, it is looking more and more like the will have to merge with the subs. In this process, a lot of the "debt" goes away as it is from the subs.

Like I said, it is a shell game going on.... where are the assets today.

If the BK forces a merger back from the subs then this may likely pull out with a reorg of the timing of payments due only.

I would definitely put the odds above 50% of a pull through at this point.
