Exactly! If he truly felt this was a hopeless investment, he would have sold long ago. So, why wouldn't he be averaging down here? I think the answer to both questions is that he is locked in by inside information he obtained last September and cannot do either until that is public knowledge. There is no other explanation for not doing something up till now.

That is what I was thinking but I think Vator nailed it, he is still insider info restricted due to the halt. Makes sense to me.
