They were holding as of 6/30 so I don't think the Russell rules were a factor.

I don't think King has used "astronomical" since Sunrise failed.

I would say they were forced to sell out due to fund RULES that said they had to if PPHM was dropped from R3K

And they were forced to buy when pphm entered R3K. So without being forced few II want any part of pphm. KCM picked up ALL those shares? I missed that filing or is it pending?
