I would say they were forced to sell out due to fund RULES that said they had to if PPHM was dropped from R3K and I bet KCM knew and prepared to pick most shares up as a result

The rules can be played in ones favor and now.... A BP can literally take the difference of the monies that would have been taxed that is kept overseas ...and just use that difference for some cash upfront to Peregrine and hmmmm... VERY TEMPTING to some BPs out there ..

Major BPs would be foolish to think the rules are NOT changing quickly re: biomarkers so we have an Imminent situation I think : )
