I can almost guarantee there is interest. Business is business and the partnership game works the same regardless the industry. It only makes sense for the bigger players. Talks take two parties. Therein lies the question. Is this management team serious about partnering? That has been the elephant in the room all along in my opinion.

the msk, duke, gray posters w/ combos all seem to say "move the ball forward"... yet pphm has opted to play a different kind of "ball" in manufacturing... they don't have the clinical resources ...
so moving the IP into better hands seems to be the common sense business decision... which means coming to grips on what they actually have IP wise...
the real question is whether the mgmt team has "common sense"...
given they have made themselves institutionally unattractive on purpose.... i would say common sense is lacking as well as fiduciary responsibility by making the company so institutionally unattractive...
