38 job openings pretty much all avid... they have indicated which direction the "core" wants to go...

As a business owner, I can say with confidence that the former does not necessitate the latter.

38 job openings at Avid means that Avid needs 38 people. To me that means that revenue will be increasing by a lot shortly. That $#&$# management...making a profit really gets me angry.

SK stated that they need to stop the bleeding financially and let others pay for the development of Bavi in the short run. Sounds like a good plan to me.

I don't read, stop Bavi. I don't read no partnerships. Instead, I read sound business practice.

The more things change the more they stay the same. We're moving toward another R/S and the cycle continues. So, either they are ignoring offers, don't have an offer, or love the shareholder "feedbag" to much to change the status quo (living high on the hog, so to speak)

the real question is whether the mgmt team has "common sense"...

See "feedbag" above, and status quo. No need for common sense. IMO.

i would say common sense is lacking as well as fiduciary responsibility by making the company so institutionally unattractive...
