It's tried to go lower then .92 5 times and gets bought back up..

Looks like it's about to break out .....

136 - SPI has already cooled off from its run to $1.20 it is consolidating its base in the 90s...This will be the next launch point. a Few short terms may in fact sell before the license is granted. May purtebate the price but bulls will eat up the low hanging fruit...no matter how long it takes for the license which will come when it comes...

Thanks for reality check. Its been said it would move up with US election, wrong. Its also been said its forming a base in the 90's, wrong. No news for months to keep it in 90's. Lower highs, lower lows since 1.20 so it will drop into 50's or 60's. When license is granted and thats a big if and if it does happen it will be a very restricted license driven by lobbying by canopy and others with deep pockets, we may see a move back to 1.20.

Absent significant revenues as it will take years to get through all phases, this will drop back to under a dollar, again and most likely the 60's.
