One area that AMRN did well is the scope of its patents, the various combinations, and the total number of patents. Any BP that looks at that might decide that any idea they think is unique is not, and may be a futile effort. I hope in time they can keep the DS supplements at bay. Someone interested in AMRN may also want access to some of our unique patents. I believe AMRN will be a compelling value for some BP but noone knows the mind of JT and what his plans will be going forward.
