The hearing you're so wrapped up in was in 11/2014. The spring of 2015 was when MS/PF got caught hiding shit from discovery, it was scheduled for jury trial in 01/2017 just before settlement.

Don't see how you can draw the conclusions about the hearing that you are.

The statement in red above only goes to show that "most likely" (IMO) in Future Patent Infringement cases the same evidence does not need to be presented again, making the our current 3 Lawsuits that much simpler to be heard and the cases maybe be Settled in much less time.

That is exactly why many have said that once these 3 Settle,,the next future defendants will be at a disadvantage.
A chain reaction of settlements from Giant Companys like IBM,,,GOOGLE,,,....etc... will be inevitable.
Then $$SFOR$$ will trade above Single Dollars and people will not believe it!!.
The patents are currently valued at worth $8Billion Dollars. If SFOR were to win just a Quarter of that 8 Billion Value in just muliple Settlements. ..ie..If Say $SFOR$ walks away with $2Billion in all Chain reaction settlements.
That would almost be equal to the O/S of the Current Shares that SFOR has, and that Should easily rise the Price to 1Dollar!!

If the case was settled "with prejudice".

Its quite a silly thing to say in the first place.

Now thats not saying we know it was in our favor.

But he had made up his mind already.
