Is SUNEQ court document #1487 the right one. Again I encourage everybody to read SUNEQ court documents and follow the market data. As we get closer to Nov 17 more information will be release and the picture will be more clear.

Yep,unsecured creditors are pissed, they will clear a path for the EC, it's happening.imo
