I believe the 15th Nov is also the date [potentially] the joint status report by the special investigation committee [in the Yonemura case] is filed. This date however could be subject to change.

It is also the Yonemura status update (which may or may not be continued), one week post Presidential election (which we hope will not leave hanging chads), in the exact center of the exact month clinical trials.gov predicts primary trial completion in the phase III trial (although I acknowledge they've made inaccurate predictions before), 15 months past August 5, 2015 (which is approximately when NWBO reached 300 enrollment), over 12 months past October 30, 2015 (which is likely approximately when the DCVax-L completed enrollment) and it is prior to the date (Thanksgiving) when NWBO used to announce their bonuses. (I thought I'd add that one in for humor.)

We'll have to wait as late as Nov 15 last legal date for Instl hldgs list SEC filing. That is a very big day for everyone to circle on their calendar: 10Q! and likely a Proxy statement for upcoming Annual Shareholder's Mtg. -- Maverick
