Now that is major hilarity! Unfortunately, Canada doesn't have any Pacer equivalent. In BC, it's possible to get court filings, but they cost a bundle. If I still have Mike Caswell's email address, maybe I'll write to him asking if he'll write followups about the case occasionally...
