The courts sided with Lopehandia in 2006. It's public knowledge. I suggest you educate yourself with the Supreme Court Judgement in 2008. The 2014 Supreme Court judgement has been squashed due to Barricks misrepresentations and duel testimonies relaunching of an illegal lawsuit. The courts ruled Mr Lopehandia is the proper party in C-1912-2001 as such the 2001 precautionary measure stands and disallows Barrick to claim ownership of Pascua titles despite the reckless intervention of the BCSC siding with Barricks fraud and preventing MSX the ability to carry on business.
I can only speculate to the motive of the BCSC, I believe they gambled that Barrick owns Pascua regardless of the evidence to the contrary and now are liable for that major error in judgement.
