Re HJOE, you betcha it is the cheapest and easiest way to sanction a company that has engaged in suspicious and likely nefarious activities. The SEC simply suspends and revokes the stock registration.

The SEC can still bring litigation against Hangover Joe's and any of its principals but they immediately stop the stock from trading with the Suspension and imminent stock revocation.

Much cheaper and easier. Arrogant to the end, they evidently ignored a delinquency letter. And so they'll be saying goodbye forever.

samsamsamiam, HJOE might not have been suspended if they only had a valid address in their corporate filing to receive the SEC's notice which was pointed out on that board a hundred times.
