Few years back was a fanatical football gambler to the point it became a serious problem ,the more I knew about the game the more I lost, if your betting 3game teasers and pretty much
breaking even your better than 99.9 percent of any gamblers I
have known! You can Never beat the bookies year in year out!

OT.......its my number one love........a lot of entertainment for the dollar

last year, my buddy would tell me his bets, and his reasons for them, and i'd usually just shake my head, with a couple of good griefs on the side (he hit a slew of bets with 40 point spreads, giving the points)..........he'd bet the same amount consistently, and by mid-year, his phone was ringing off the hook from other buddies of ours, locally and in vegas, looking for his take, of which they continually ignored his picks........our one buddy in vegas bets $50-100k a week, and is still groveling for not getting on the bandwagon (although he made up a lot of lost ground in the super bowl last year)

if i do anything next year, it will be with his college picks......and the one advantage my buddy has, is he's not superstitious, he doesn't complain that quote..."the fix is in", and he doesn't fall for the "when wearing the red uniforms, on a saturday night game, the home team....blah, blah, blah", as an example......there are some pretty absurd betting philosophies out there, if you know what i mean!
