TDD chipsets will come in several varieties..FDD/TDD..TDD alone...TDD in combo with GPRS/EDGE and even CDMA2000...IDCC will OWN the TDD IPR blocks it developed for Nokia under these conditions..at this point when 200 Manufacturers will be marketing TDD enabled devices..The 2G arbitration will be placed in the proper prospective.
