"Vague and ambiguous". AKA the net was cast and see what came back.
From a non-pacer source, I can tell you the original chink in the armor is no longer the MAIN focus, and its in another agencies iron sights.
Whether that is Right or Wrong ethically or legally (and I have had some limited experience on the wrong side of this) many times the SEC operates as the blood hound and holds point on what it finds for someone else.
Now the wrong side of that is, it can be a violation of certain constitutional rights, using a very big loophole that few lawyers ever successfully close, and I would submit Perlowins and any respondent for HEMP inc., won't be setting any precedents here.
They will pay out the rope. Someone else might snap it back, and without warning. To use a fried cliche' "Been There Done That"
One day things are fine, the next every account has a TRO, management does the perp walk, and the company isn't.
Will be interesting to see how it plays out here, but no mistake this game is well afoot. And the cast are both interesting and many.
