Checked the docket. Nothing much happening until mid-2017

Earlier today, using my PACER account, I checked the docket for the SEC case against HEMP to see if there have been any updates.

On Sept 29, or so, a schedule for motions and other events had been issued, and it appears that briefings aren't due until sometime in the spring of 2017, so unless a settlement occurs before then, we're probably not going to see anything of importance happen for the next six months.

A couple of weeks ago, HEMP, Perlowin, et al, filed responses to the SEC complaints, essentially denying that nothing in the SEC was applicable to HEMP because the allegations in each paragraph "are vague and ambiguous".

One of these days I'll post the filings to my Internet Archive library for others to seel.
