The judge will not want this to go to trial and will likely force arbitration.

Judges cannot force arbitration. The case, when the file arrives, be in front of an Article III judge.

The judge will probably order Mediation. This is an older judge who has seen it all and the TAUG "tactics" won't go over well. In fact probably backlash.
