That's Wrong yet again. This is so simple, Trading 101 really. It's difficult to imagine that this factual data showing TPAC is SEC Reporting has been debated for a week now. The claim that TPAC must only follow OTC Requirements instead of SEC rules and regulations is a misrepresentation. Bottom line,

TPAC is a SEC REGISTRANT, that's simply a fact. There is no other valid interpretation, TPAC files a report to the SEC because as an SEC Registrant they are required to do so. Proof is even displayed on OTCMarkets own website, they do not file OTC "disclosures" as is clearly shown, they FILE periodic reports with the SEC.
