That would be incorrect. The links provided were from OTC witch is not a regulatory agency. SEC is however a regulatory agency. That is where accurate information can be found on Smaller SEC Reporting Companies, not OTC.

No, you have not. I asked for proof of the $10M EXIM Bank loan that you claimed TPAC had applied for and been Approved. I have yet to receive any documented proof of such.

Secondly, taking into consideration that TPAC is an SEC Smaller Reporting company, you've been asked for documentation showing that TPAC must follow only OTC Requirements rather than SEC Requirements. Yet nothing has been provided.

Let's note for anyone who believes the OTC rules are followed rather than the SEC's; Please note the SEC is a regulator, the OTC is an electronic inter-dealer quotation system that displays quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information for many OTC equity securities - they are NOT a regulator.
