Yes their current status. That has nothing at all to do with reporting material events such as revenue and directors exiting the company. They are simply saying that q's and k's must be filed. SMH

Just trying to figure something out... is it being stated that the OTC and SEC are the same thing?

First the OTC requirements are discussed then the SEC's website is mentioned.

They must file quarterly to maintain their current status. It's all there. I sure hope the sec isn't incorrect about rules right on their website!
