kind of does look like a read it wrong..

I find the latter more impossible to believe than the former..

bills son is going to pay TPAC 2 million dollars for consulting?

I say its a typo on the 10Q and the reverse is the case..

why would anyone pay TPAC 2 million dollars when they don't even have their own business working..
