They lied.. There are limited shares available to be purchased. Unless share holders are willing to forfeit their shares TPAC CANNOT do a substantial share buyback or reduction.

Plus TPAC has 0 revenue so any money that the MRVB might generate will have to pay TPAC's overhead and expenses. Like all Bills trips to China

If paid close attention to the company developments recently. No RS, NO share conversations but they DID SAY THE MRVB PROFITS WOULD BY BACK "TPA" STOCK.
