The last 3 I followed that were in this exact situation (NVIV, AVXL, ONCS) all uplisted between 10 days and 21 days from the day of the r/s. I was invested in NVIV and AVXL. So I'm using that as reference as far as what I expect will happen. Pretty sure on each one, there was a one day notice that the uplist would occur, like an AH PR that it would be trading on the nasdaq the next morning. I think this is day 12? So should be real soon. All IMHO

I think the issue here is that they submitted their application in early August which would technically put us well past the Nasdaq 6 week window for the uplist. The reason it hasn't happened already is that they didn't effect the RS until about 5 weeks after they submitted the application. In week 3-4 of the process Nasdaq staff would have addressed their issue that the price was not at the required minimum bid price. Once they finally uplisted on the 16th of this month then Nasdaq staff could finish their review. From the timeline on their website week 5-6 is the final review followed by company uplist. This is a 2 week window. The RS happened about 1 1/2 weeks ago so my guess is we are in that 2 week window of final review. If we don't get the news this week my guess would be early next as we would be just beyond the Nasdaq's 2 week final review process window.
