I believe they are waiting for events to reach pfs and the longer we do not get results the better. I personally believe it is a 'red herring' the issue of screening halt.


At this point, that just seems to make the most sense given Linda's comment that all patients are living longer.

Thank you P. I was, am, concerned about p values and the powering of the phase III trial and why it was expanded after they said it was sooooo close to being finished and un-blinded. Again, I probably wrongly feel that they are looking at the long-term effects and why and what they are, but for the primary end-point, it seems to me to have failed. JMHO....not worth anything, but I hope I am wrong. I can't subscribe to your opinion that the screening halt is a "red herring". We know it is halted for a fact, just don't know why, hence, 100's of posts. Mine is just one of many. Hope I am wrong. I really like your posts and read them advidly. GLTA longnwbo
